We may substitute items with equal-value products when necessary unless otherwise stated by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Prices may change based on market conditions
• Payment must be made before delivery
• Delivery fees are charged separately

5. Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• The customer must be available at the provided address
• Missed deliveries will incur a new delivery charge
• Delivery fee depends on distance, region, and order size
• Delivery fees may change without prior notice

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• No returns are accepted
• No refunds are offered

Once the order has been delivered and accepted, the sale is final.

7. Limitation of Liability

Imperial Fruit Market is not responsible for:

• Spoilage after delivery acceptance
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events
• Losses resulting from misuse, storage errors, or handling by the customer

• Ensure someone is available to receive the order
• Inspect produce at delivery before acceptance
