At Imperial Fruit Market, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality fruit and vegetables. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy.
- No Returns & No Refunds
Because we supply fresh produce, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the order has been delivered and accepted.
Once delivery has been completed and signed for (or accepted by the customer), the sale is final.
- Quality Concerns
If you believe a product is not up to standard, you must:
- Report the issue immediately upon delivery,
- Provide photos and details before acceptance where possible.
Once an order has been accepted, Imperial Fruit Market is not liable for spoilage, damage, or quality concerns.
- Missed Delivery Policy
If a delivery attempt is missed because the customer is unavailable or unreachable:
- The order will be returned to our facility
- The customer will be liable for a new delivery fee before re-delivery
- The customer may also collect the order from the store and not pay a delivery charge.
Delivery fees may vary based on the customer’s location.

Delivery fees are calculated based on region or distance.
Delivery fees may change without notice and are determined by location and logistics availability.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If an error occurred on our side (e.g., missing item, incorrect product):
- You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a correction where possible
- Collections
- Customers may choose to collect their orders in person from our Vereeniging store.
- Collections must be arranged and confirmed with Imperial Fruit Market at least 24 hours in advance
- Orders not collected within the agreed collection time may be subject to cancellation without refund, due to the perishable nature of the products
